Asian pears obtained  from Simone’s trees.

Fruit picked  —  Sept 29

 Rainy afternoon.

Crushed  —  October 2

Stored in food grade plastic buckets.

Harvest

Juice pressing  —  October 4

Placed in glass carboys with 1 Camden Tablet per gallon of juice, crushed and dissolved in juice.

The tablets did not dissolve easily and some particles were floating on top.  These disappeared after adding the mixture to the carboys.
